Exchange Policy

Customers can exchange all products purchased from ENGINE.com.pk within 14 days of purchase only if:

The item(s) are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
The item(s) do not match the original specifications of the product or are different from what you purchased.

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing online@engine.com.pk or calling 042-111364463 to raise a dispute. We will assess each dispute on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

We will also send a replacement if we ship a defective, faulty, or damaged item. However, before processing any claims, you must email photographic evidence of the defective item to online@engine.com.pk within 3 days of purchase.

Certain scenarios may make it difficult for us to support returns & exchanges, including;

Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
Damage due to product usage.
Tampering with the product.
Missing components from the package such as price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
Undergarments: Exchanges or returns are not possible without the original packaging, except for tops and bodysuits.
Packs: Packs of products (containing more than one item) are considered a single item and cannot be partially or individually returned.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS AT ANY ENGINE STORE?

Yes, you can exchange the size of items at any ENGINE store (excluding Factory Outlets), subject to availability. The items must be unused, in saleable condition, with the original packaging, order label/invoice, and tags intact.

Please note: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are not available on accessories, perfumes, or sale items.
