IS ITEM EXCHANGE POSSIBLE?

You can exchange all products bought from ENGINE.com.pk within 14 days of purchase only under the following conditions:

The item(s) are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

The item(s) do not match the original specifications of the product or are different from what you purchased.

If you wish to raise a dispute, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing online@engine.com.pk or calling 0322 2364463. At ENGINE, we assess each dispute individually and strive to be fair to both parties.

We will send a replacement in the case of a defective/faulty/damaged item. Before processing any claims, you must email photographic evidence of the defective item to online@engineclothing.com within 10 days of purchase.

However, there are certain situations where supporting returns & exchanges is challenging. These include:

  • Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
  • Damage due to product usage.
  • Tampering with the product.
  • Missing components from the package such as price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  • Undergarments: Exchanges or returns are not possible without the original packaging, except for tops and bodysuits.
  • Packs: Packs of products (containing more than one item) are considered as a single item, so their packaging must remain unopened, and they cannot be partially or individually returned.
  • Accessories: Must be returned with the original packaging intact.
  • Fragrances: Must be returned in the original, sealed packaging.

IS ITEM EXCHANGE POSSIBLE AT ANY ENGINE STORE?

Yes, as long as the store has the section from which the garment comes (Men/Women or Juniors), except for factory outlets.

Please note that sales items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
